MEL COUTURE
cut to perfection, delivered without exception
Mélanie Bélec has spent 25 years in institutional uniforms—15 of them making custom ceremonial tunics and dress uniforms for police services, fire departments, ministries, and government institutions across Canada.
Every garment is cut to the individual. No stock sizes, no compromise on protocol.
Ceremonial dress fails on fit. A tunic ordered from a size chart looks wrong on parade—and by the time you find out, the ceremony is next week. So I take the measurements myself, at your station, on a date that works around your shift schedule. Twenty-three measurements per tunic, taken by the person who answers for the fit. That's why 99% of garments fit at the first fitting, and why alterations are rare.
